1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of TicketDrop, operated by CavenX. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service
TicketDrop is a resale marketplace for live-event tickets. All-in pricing is shown upfront. Tickets are delivered digitally after payment — on your confirmation page and by email. No account required.
3. Payments
We accept card, Apple Pay, and USDT (TRC-20), processed by licensed payment partners:
- Cards & Apple Pay: Processed by Razorpay in USD.
- Crypto: USDT on Tron (TRC-20) via NOWPayments.
4. Ticket delivery
After payment confirms, your ticket file is available on the confirmation page and emailed as an attachment to the address you provide.
5. Eligibility
You must comply with local laws governing ticket resale. You must be at least 18, or have parental consent where required.

7. Privacy
We process data under GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
TicketDrop is not liable for event cancellations or venue changes beyond our stated buyer protections. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. EU and UK consumers retain mandatory rights under local consumer protection law.
